Keep the server friendly, tidy and safe.

Moderate channels, welcome new members and help keep the server a place people want to hang out in.

Run chat while Lilly runs the stream.

Keep chat fun during streams, handle trolls and raids, and have Lilly's back when things get busy.

Build, moderate and shape the SMP.

Spawn areas, event maps, the hub: if it's built on the server, builders made it.

Catch x-rayers, sort out griefing, answer reports and keep the SMP fair for everyone.

Help new players, run events, test updates before they go live. The glue of the team.

Lead the staff team, make the hard calls and look after the server behind the scenes.

Dream up minigames, events and features, then balance them until they're actually fun.

Turn hours of VOD into the clips people share.

Cut streams into shorts and videos, make thumbnails, help the channel grow.

Already making content? Bring it to the SMP.

You stream or make videos and want to play on Lilly's SMP with your audience.
